How would you describe your style?
Inspired by a love for illustration I've carried since childhood and propelled by a classical education in the fine arts I received in adolescence, I blend elements of abstract expressionism, cubism, constructivism, and classicism to bring to life the workings and over-workings of my mind's eye.
Upon entering high school I developed both a zeal and a knack for observational art, my passion fueled by the discovery and subsequent pursuit of mastery of charcoal as a creative medium. In the process of developing my style and solidifying my personal voice, I carved my niche in the haunting un-comfort of sporadic, high-contrast, largely conceptual ink drawings.
How do you price your commissions?
Prices are on a sliding scale considering supply cost, labor, and delivery fees, and are to be determined over direct message or email. A project that is large in size, requires an extended period of time to complete, necessitates costly materials, etc. will naturally have a higher price point. I offer a wide variety of creative works— message me and a fair arrangement will surely be made.
What payment options do you accept?
I accept PayPal and Cash App for online payments. If the initial request, discussion, and confirmation are done in-person, I also accept cash or a fair trade. At this time, no other exceptions can or will be made.
What will you draw/paint? What will you not?
In ink, graphite, acrylic, and watercolor, I offer tattoo designs, typography, portraits, pet portraits, vehicles, still lives, and landscapes adapted to my style. I will draw your original characters, including anthropomorphic characters, adapted as well to my style. I will draw NSFW. I will gladly draw or paint on unconventional materials as well as one-of-a-kind altered or distressed canvases.
I will not draw fanart or licensed characters. I will not intentionally replicate chibi, anime/manga, or any other established style or artwork. I do not create or sell digital art— only traditional, digitally enhanced for online viewing.
What will you write? What will you not?
Currently, I exclusively offer free verse poetry. While you are free to choose the topic, understand that you will be commissioning my writing, in which I indulge heavily in utilizing religious allusion, words I have made up, and intentional spelling/grammatical "errors."

What will you sculpt/sew? What will you not?
At this time, I am not offering commissions for wearable art, clay sculpture, cut paper/paper mâché, or collage. To be the first to know when I am, click here.
What if I want to commission something you don't offer?
Feel free to request anyway. If it turns out to be a project I am not willing to take on, there is still a chance I could link you to an artist whose realm of expertise better suits your proposal. If it turns out to be a project I am willing to take on, we'll both be satisfied.
Do I have to commission you? What if I wish to buy a finished piece off of your Instagram/website?
Originals for sale will have a price tagged on my website. Prints of any two dimensional artworks you see on this site or on my Instagram may be discussed [excludes writings and three dimensional artworks].

Terms of Service
You will receive a response to your commission request as soon as possible. All details of your request will be discussed and you will be provided an estimated timeline for progress points and completion.
Neither progress pictures nor revisions of writings and two dimensional artworks will be made available unless it is necessitated by the nature of the commission request and is explicitly agreed upon. For sculptural, wearable, and otherwise three dimensional art, as a baseline you will receive three fittingly spaced progress pictures and may request two partial revisions.
Payment in full will be expected upon confirmation of your order and its estimated timeline.
Partial to complete refunds are available and to be discussed should a confirmed commission not reach completion or in the case of a significant extension of the previously confirmed project timeline. Refunds are not available for any other reason.
Neither unfinished nor completed projects are to be used for advertising, marketing, or AI training unless explictly agreed upon. "AI training" includes and is not limited to alteration and "enhancement" of commissioned work via generative AI. Any known violation of this will result in an immediate and permanent ban from future collaborations.
The artist reserves the right to take photographs of both unfinished and completed commissions and to use them in her portfolio. Madeline may post commission photos on social media designated as such. Your identity will remain confidential. You may post, display, and otherwise share commissioned work in any manner that does not breach the previous clause, and you are under no obligation to link or "tag" the artist.
The artist reserves the right to deny any commission request for any reason.
